Comparing rap/Eminem to Shakespearean or maybe Edgar Allen Poe poetry should be it's own thread tbh. They aren't completely not comparable, but competitively they are. There are aspects and appreciations to be shared between the 2 types. But having the two challenge each other just calls for criticism of both instead of appreciation. What an interesting discussion that would be. I believe they are very much comparable, because in 400 years "rap" is going to be an ancient thing, and Eminem will be equivalent to Shakespeare in those history books. Just some old dead poet.

Maybe this is why its being so protected, maybe cuz eminem actually says really controversial lyrics and shit that people would go berzerk for! so on release date they'll speak of it on the news and shit and maybe boost up week sales, a leak would help in this case but like 2 days before drop so the controversy would still Be over the roof

Em should totally find a way to rhyme with latin terms. A lot of english is derived from latin so it's easy to input into a sentence and the words rhyme smoothly. That non-sequitur reference tho..haha

I don't know why I always forget what track this is, because it's one of my favorite Em snippets.. but which track is it where he raps in pig latin? Every time I hear it I go all-out Stan.
