Doggystyle was one of the best albums of the 90's though :flutter:

And Pac should probably be number 1 just based on the fact that he had so much more material than Biggie did.

Snoop Dogg, man? Fuck that, put Big L up there. Dude was king of punches.

Trapped in his own drawings

But in my head there’s a voice in the back and it hollas
After the track is demolished

I’m your time that’s almost up that you haven’t acknowledged
Grab for some water but I’m that pill that’s too jagged to swallow

Method Man should be on there.
Fuck top five, bitch, I'm top four
And that includes Biggie and Pac, whore
And I got an Evil Twin
So who the fuck do you think that third and that fourth spot's for?

I can't disagree with the list much. I'd probably switch a few names around, but this is one of the few Complex lists that I don't have an issue with.

I'd put Pac over Big, but it's debatable.

Jay-Z is too high, he's one of the goats but people weren't fucking with him until the late 90s

The only problem with putting Wu member on the list is which ones to choose from.

Method Man was the most popular member in the 90s, but many felt (back then) that Inspectah Deck or GZA were the best in the group.

People felt that Rae made the best solo album in Wu (in the 90's), but Ghost and Cappadonna also had a big part in Cuban Linx.

After Ghost started drapping flawless albums in the 00's, people considered him the best in Wu, but that doesn't make him top 10 in the 90's.

GZA is a beast but he doesn't have the best solo material :y:
hip hop artists are often ranked based on their catalog, not on what they could do
