i think when they said Monday midnight they meant Monday 12AM which technically means Tuesday but maybe i'm wrong, I don't know.

If there are no snippets why would i pre-order album could suck i gotta sample first.

At least when its on itunes we will have confirmed tack length 100%.

I don't know, it's digital so they could upload the album to iTunes Nov 4th if they wanted....

Nah, there are plenty of albums on pre-order on iTunes right now and they only have track titles.

It would be perfect leak today, missing 10 days, I think Recovery leaked 10 days before the official release.
