Wow, that's quite a statement. I'd switch MMLP and GKMC in your list. I definitely feel like prime Em can't be topped by anyone, and for me his best album is the MMLP.

As it stands right now... Kendrick is making better music. GKMC and Section.80 are by far 2 of the best rap albums of the last 5 years. I place Relapse right after those 2.
