You just seriously don't get it. just cause it's called MMLP2 doesn't mean it's coming from the same place as the original. Most of us figured that and Eminem himself confirmed that. It was 13 years ago. Nobody is saying don't judge these 4 songs, but jumping to conclusions about an entire album is senseless. And thinking it should come from the same mindset as the original is senseless as well, because that's not true at all.

I don't like Survival or Monster for this album either tbh, because it know they were made with a video game or radio play in mind. And not just good music Em wanted to put together regardless of how it sounds. But this is modern Em, if we have to get 2-3 of those tracks and still get a great album, so be it. But nobody will know until we hear the whole thing.

Let's call the album a sure classic after Rap god, and proceed to judge it after monster and lose all hope.. makes no sense to me.

I never.....NEVER....called the album a sure fire classic after Rap God. Em doesn't have it in him to make a true classic anymore.

But he does have the capability to make his Stillmatic, a follow up to his best that is dope as fuck. This isn't shaping up to be that.....shit....this isn't shaping up to be better than Relapse or Recovery at all, and is shaping to be Encore level or worse.

You guys can't see that Em is using that same 2012-2013 flow on every song we've heard. It works on Rap God, because it's just purely a showcase of lyrical ability. But I would bet my life he'll be using that Here Comes the Weekend, Richard, SiH flow on the whole album. Mark my words.

I find life to be funny.. I don't take it that serious so grammar in discussion about Eminem isn't my main priority.. I enjoy the discussion/argument or stupidity on my part, whatever you wanna call it..

Real talk: as a fan I don't know what I want from Em.. but I do know what I don't want. I don't want sell-out pop shit.. I would rather here Encore thinking it's what Em wanted to release vs listen to Recovery thinking he released it because he thought that's what his fans wanted.

His analysis of MMLP seemed pretty fucking fair and your response seemed to have no point outside of "your opinion doesn't matter because it's Em's choice at the end of the day".. so why discuss anything at all.. is all I am saying.
