Just noticed the "My Dad's Gone Crazy" audio clip at the end of Rhyme or Reason...he also samples his Welcome 2 Hell verse in the same song ("die hard!"). I'm sure there's a hundred other samples elsewhere.

The way he makes "the lines are starting to get blurred" in Evil Twin blur into the first line was clever.

Who would have thought Eminem would be making layered songs with this much attention to detail again? Or he would be this consistently funny again?

It's like you say, the number of layers here in each song. You pick something new up each time. Can't fault much of this, it's so tight, dense and well done.

tbh I only just picked up the layering in rap god where he says "for me to rap like a computer must be in my genes" he layers it with himself rapping it in a robot voice haha
