of course it is, there's no rule that artists can't release music video for a non-album song or a song from deluxe edition

These bonus tracks are looking pretty cool-I feel like Baby is gonna be a pop star diss track, starting with the Biebs (yes!) and I feel like a shared hook with Sia on Beautiful Pain combined with passionate, meaningful lyrics could be dope. Don`t know which part of his life he`ll talk about tho, I feel like there isn`t too much left to say concerning drug rehab.

It's certainly possible. Super Bass was a deluxe cut from Pink Friday and what a hit that song became.
