I thought I made a post in here, guess it didn't go through. Eminem is my favorite artist of all time. But my personal three headed monster is Em, The Black Keys, and Lana.

Born To Die is a ridiculous album. Wasn't that crazy about Paradise, but BTD -- fuck.

I can't remember the last album I could play start to finish without skipping any tracks.

Her vocal range is ridiculous. So versatile. Off To The Races is my all time favorite track from her. She has a hip hop influence in a lot of her songs, maybe that's why I love her so much. Not your standard pop singer.

If she collab'd with Em that would be fucking sick. I feel her sound would compliment him well. Much more than Rihanna, Skyler, or Liz.

That collabo needs to happen.

Unfortunately she had an interview this week where she said she's not sure when her next album is coming out. Apparently she's not feeling music right now and wants to take a hiatus. Sucks. All the leaked tracks for the possible new album were sick, especially Queen Of Disaster.

Don't leave us hanging for too long Lana :(

My favourite from all the leaked songs.
Here's some more in case someone hasn't posted:

Image and from the interview VINTAGE is talking about..

'When people ask me about it, I just have to be honest - I really don't know,' she said about her followup full-length record to Born To Die. 'I don't want to say, "Yeah, definitely - the next one's better than this one," because I don't really hear a next one.

'My muse is very fickle. She only comes to me sometimes, which is annoying,'

'Sometimes when I write about my feelings, about what sounds like a person, I'm actually writing about the way I felt when I was completely inebriated, which was really good - until it wasn't working for me anymore,'

'Thinking about not drinking forever was very scary, but once I did it wasn't hard anymore because I had all of these miracles happen that let me know I was on exactly the right path.'

'It's important to have a good relationship with yourself when you become well known,' she said. 'People will say a lot of things, and you'll start to wonder if they're true. But then you have to go back to all of those little truths and kernels you found along the way that remind you: You are where you're supposed to be.'

It's harder to be an observer when people are watching you. You have to go further inside because the outside world becomes a harder place to draw from.'

She described the film (TROPICO) to Nylon as being 'Elvis and Jesus and Marilyn and extraterrestrials all in one.'

Is she a good role model though? She has the exact same personality as Kurt Cobain.

Ha. I don't know. I think she's raw. She has an edge to her. Whether that's a manufactured image to sell records, I dig her. Not sure I'd want my daughter following her style if I had one though.

I still have Angels Forever on repeat! Thanks for the new songs and I think I'll pick up that Nylon magazine. She's always an interesting interview.

@Babyjane, loving the song too. I think her new album will be great. But I wonder what's happening with Trópico.

^I wonder what is happening with her period. She seemed to be working on a few things then everything got quiet.

I have no idea what was said this in this thread, but I would love her so much more if she was just a songwriter and gave her songs for other singers to sing. Ok? Ok.

^OK I still have no idea what this is going to be about lol.

This is being co-produced by Rick Rubin and her main music producer Emile Haynie produced several songs on Eminem's album. Why why why was there no Lana collab *sigh*
