Totally sounds like some Refill stuff, as you said, but without the accent. The chorus reminds me of Elevator in a way, the beat and flow of Drop the bomb on em.

WMP doesn't support it, yesterday i downloaded it in Flac and im too lazy to download Codecs, I deleted it instead
