Actors count on being able to get out of their character, into something unseen and without acceptable social standards to be held to. Playing yourself in a role in which half the world will forever picture you... that's pressure. He did very well. There's a reason he's had Hollywood offers. And it's not just because he's Marshall Mathers... there are far more qualified and equally rich and famous people gunning for roles.

Obviously the inspiration for his role in 8 Mile was pretty easily found, but he's been complimented as being a pretty good actor. They wouldn't have offered him lead roles in Jumper and Elysium if he wasn't at least decent. lol

It really is a good way to stay relevant after he's done rapping. But most importantly we just need one final classic album for him to go out on, with proper goodbyes.

I kind of want an The Eminem Show 2 just because it's my favorite album, but I'd be fine with any solo album really. I'm actually pretty happy with Rick Rubin's production and I want Em to work with him going forward. I know Rick's a living legend, but back when I was into Linkin Park I was pissed how they went from Rapcore/Nu Metal to shit with Minutes to Midnight, which he produced.
