I think once the newness and stanery rubs off it will still be considered a solid album.

As far as Recovery, aside from this forum, most people loved it. There's a reason why he said Relapse was in his trash on his last album and "Recovery was so highly coveted" on this album. More people enjoyed it than did Relapse, except on this forum. For what reason, I don't know.

But back on topic, this was a solid album, and once the hype dies down, people will really look at his lyrics and see how much hard work was put into writing them. This is the sharpest he's been in quite some time.

For me, Relapse has more replay value than Recovery.

Yeah, going to need the hype to die down a little and let this album sink in for me. It's still my third favorite Eminem album right now.

im also sure he dissed recovery, when he said "what good is a recovery if you fumbled it"..
but yeah this is a solid album, people may get tired of listening to it on repeat, that happened even with mmlp1 after awhile, but it will stand the test of time imo, the fucking beats and lyrics are nice yo

After about 60 listens, potential classic.
Still too early to be sure.

I'm gonna wait till I listen to all the deluxe songs, but listened to wicked ways and :o Wicked Ways bangs baby

Really think survival has no place! Survival would have fit Recovery and Monster would have fit relapse.

an album can be 10/10 for you and it will still not be a classic for the culture tbh.

The Carter 3 seems perfect for the lil wayne fans, it went 3 or 4 x platinum but this album isn't considered as a classic

Fuck it, this is a CLASSIC times 10!!!!!!!! I literally have every one of the songs stuck in my head right now at the same time, like the whole album is one song. This shit is powerful once you let it grow!!!

Uh. I liked the album since it was released. I am saying you're retarded. You post a thread saying the album sucks, and everyone will change opinion in 4 months. It's not a classic, etc., and you've been doing that since you heard it.

Then ONE fucking hour later you make a new thread saying it's growing on you, and suddenly it's classic x 10?
