They were going to have a track in 2002 if I'm not wrong. I think Nas said no though. Understandable, Em was shredding everyone at that time.

I don't think he performed Kim live. There's no footage. Montreal_STAN uploaded the full Toronto concert...the one before the Detroit one where he apparently did this, and there was no signs of Kim being played. It makes no sense with the story. Kim apparently asks Eminem if he's going to perform it and he says no. Why would you even ask if he hadn't been performing it?
