This is what I wish for the most nowadays... I think Aftermath/Shady/G-Unit as a whole could do great on themselves as they don't even need to worry about sales & politics no more. They could easily hire a team of super professionals who'd do all the work for them instead of the label.

Cool... it's been discussed many times too. Interscope's strategies only work for Em nowadays but that's all on his own crazy charisma anyway... they fail with all the rest Hip-Hop artist they got.
The thing is Dre & Em have been doing that kinda business for too long & they'd personally prefer people like Jimmy's errand boys to deal with all the politics 'cuz they never wanna be involved with that kinda stuff.
