GMT is Greenwich Meridian Time, which is basically the landmark for Europe's time. UK are in the GMT zone, and Amsterdam is in the GMT+1 zone.

Remember it's the EMA's which is for europeans... Obviously it's 9 PM GMT.

If it was 9 PM EST people in europe would have to watch it at like 4 AM in the morning...

That's because they release their songs/albums/mixtapes in American's time because well, 99% the artists we listen to are americans lol. Here, the event is in Europe so yeah.

On Sky tv guide the show is on MTV Live HD at 9PM, the red carpet show is on at 8PM. So perhaps they could be basing the start time off the red carpet show? I dunno, just saying what it's listed like for me and I'm GMT...

On the Belgian MTV site, it says the red carpter show starts at 8PM and the show at 9PM.

I think the show will actually start around 3 PM, EST time.

HERE in brazil the show starts... 5 pm...but just the red carpet....the awards will be 6 pm

I kinda cant wait for this i mean am i the only person who loves it when em does live performances infront of other artists?? Hes done some funny things in the past in these situations

Pretty cool that he's performing in Amsterdam, where the first MMLP was recorded.

So far he has two performances (Grand Journal/EMA) and one interview (Jonathan Ross) so that's cool. Hopefully it helps him for second week numbers, because the second week drops have been huge this year.

I hope he performs something else than Berzerk.
