Lyrically, he certainly gave us all what we wanted. I guess it's the music some people are divided over. I love the music itself, it's very different but sounds big.

Yeah it's harder to pull off... that's the point. The harder it is to pull off - the bigger the pay-off. The original MMLP was no breeze to pull off. It was masterful.

That's what great artists like Eminem should be doing.

Not going for the option which is 'easier'.

The safe and easy option is never interesting.

I'm not let down with MMLP2 by the way, but I think he's absolutely bludgeoned his persona's musical mask chair to death and he need to do something else next time.

I think he meant the martian line not the song.

Not that making MMLP2 was easy, but we saw what happened last time he attempted to stay relevant and keep up with the times...we got Recovery. This album, he went back to his roots (like most people wanted...) and put a new twist to those subjects. He wasn't lying when he said MMLP2 is a re visitation. It most certainly is.

I just believe that it is much easier for him to tackle familiar subjects than new ones. And it's not like he sounds like a broken record on MMLP2. He really doesn't. We hear a lot of experimenting and new things on this album as well as plenty of references to his old work that many true fans should enjoy.

Who said I want him to keep up with the times? I don't.

I want him to re-define the times.

So you want him to take what's now, and do it his way? He tried that with Recovery...

Bad Guy: "Seems like I've been waiting on this moment all of my life" (Lyrics from In The Air Of The Night)
"But most importantly, hip hop isn’t dead no more you see
Cause Kendrick took the bar and raised it up higher for MCs
Unfortunately the little nigga's like 4 ft 3, the guys a fuckin' midget
His high is still really short to me" -Hopsin
(I love Kendrick, but this shit was too funny)
