Yeah, it's better than if he had just started yelling "HI! IT'S SLIM SHADY, I'M HERE WITH ZANE LOWE AND I'M ABOUT TO PISS ON THE FLOOR!" like he more than likely would have done in '99-'01 or some shit. I love seeing him look absolutely serious while he's telling a joke or being silly, it enhances it for me so much.

Nah, 2002 Eminem would have done the exact same thing, but because he looked healthy, the joke would have initiated a few laughs.

Oh man, what I wouldn't do to get Em on an interview with us. Its always been tantalizingly close (is that a word?); we've gotten everyone in the whole Shady camp but him, Yela and Royce. At least we've sniped off the outer circle by getting Obie, Crooked I and Budden. For whatever reason though, everyone elses publicists do not seem to find the idea of replying to my emails very enticing. To be fair however, I'd probably have to be incredibly plastered/wrecked to come off as calm/lucid if it came to a sit down or even a phoner with Marshall.
