I just feel weird that we have so many big names dropping albums this year, but none of them seems to have an album that bears the testimony of time......or in other words, albums are pretty front-loaded this year...and UKmix says this is the first year since 2008 that the annual best selling album fails to crack 3 million.

MMLP2 definitely can crack 3 mill eventually... Recovery was doing 50's for months. MMLP2 is gonna actually crack 3 mills with half the longevity Recovery had. I think it's here to stay.
Don't forget it'll be still hot when the Holiday season kicks in... sales always go wild around Christmas.

This is what I'm thinking for the weeks leading into the new year:

Hard to tell how well this album might do during the big thanksgiving week & just how well the success of The Monster will boost when/if it reaches #1.

1st week: 780k
2nd week: 230k
3rd week: 175k
4th week: 190k (US thanksgiving)
5th week: 150k
6th week: 130k
7th week: 150k (Week before Christmas)
8th week: 100k

Total between: 1.9m-2.0m Year End Sales.

She means year-end sales. No one is going to top 3 mill before the end of this year.

Ok... if I'm not mistaken none of the big names came in the first quarter though. It's a good point actually 'cuz there are very few artists who can crack that nowadays in general, let alone if we talk about annually.

That percentage is not in proportion to the sales
Anyway HDD predicted it could sell around 210k, that's the case. Don't pay attention to that percentage, we don't know exactly how it calculated...just wait the final list.
.......Besides, his physical sales this era does not help him too much....but that factor used to be what distinguishes him from other music acts.........
