I actually said something similar to that, tbh. This album reminds me of Encore in the way that I think it made me feel like how Encore was supposed to make me feel. It's the "closing of a chapter" just like Encore is, but it's executed infinitely better.
It has nothing to do with the quality of it, just the feel it gives me when I listen to it.
