"Cool punchlines & rhyme schemes"?

He was more than just that...he was a creative rapper that took the "thug" lifestyle and made you love it and hate it at the same time.

Definitely a better story-teller than Pac, because all Pac did talk about was how unfair racism is and black power and blah blah blah

And, if you're going to talk about "hittin somebody deep in they heart," "Suicidal Thoughts" > most of Pac's "emotional" songs.

BIG emphasized reality in his music. Pac didn't. While Pac may have sounded like poet, he was really saying the same shit over and over again.

biggie didnt leave us shit to listen to...pac left us like 50 albums lol and I feel like biggie was more repetitive than pac with only 2 albums.

Ronnie is quite possibly the most confusing member in the history of this forum

With that said, I take Biggie hands down

Both of them died before their prime; for me, 7 Day Theory is Pac's best mic performance, and B.I.G had almost mastered every style on Life After Death, scary to think how good their next projects could have been

Hard to compare them skill wise, BIG was more technical, but Pac was definitely improving as an emcee right until his death
Same sword they knight you they gon' good night you with
Sh.., Thats' only half if they like you
That ain't even the half what they might do
Don't believe me, ask Michael
See Martin, see Malcolm
You see Biggie, see Pac, see success and its outcome
See Jesus, see Judas; see Caesar, see Brutus
See success is like suicide
Suicide, it's a suicide
If you succeed, prepare to be crucified

My favorite rapper being..? You realize that I said that I still think Pac was better right? You have to define what you mean by "skillful" by the way. There are tons of aspects that can make a rapper skilled in different categories.

when i said that " your favorite rapper is i wasn't directing that at you i was just talking in general but what i mean by skillful is complex rhyme schemes metaphors wordplay punchlines hooks and flow.

biggie wasnt that lyrical, his verses sound complex because of his flow but his raps aren't that good if you read them outloud.

Repetitive blows are thrown, to my foes
No love shown get disposed of blasted full blown
My unknown tendencies to mash my car
Getting wicked with my ski-mask, find the stash and dump
Why nikkaz run I'm the last one standin the rest die
Victims of my lethal chrome cannon, Westside
Though it's worldwide no one can deny my views
Tracked it to my very fabric once the plastic blew
Five shots changed my whole life, throats were slit
nikkaz die by my orders when I wrote this shyt
Though we go back like wild knights at Latin Quarters
nikkaz tried to kill me, and I fed they wife and they daughters
Blazed the weed, draped they seeds, gave 'em cash
Pass the fame and let the game go rollin past
Why you change, it's a cold world taught me life
Retaliation proves nikkaz never caught me right
Say they shot me in my nuts, out of luck quick
Bullshyt nikka cause I'm still fukkin yo' bytch
nikkaz got me twisted in a bad way, why you change?
fukk with me, all this shyt pay, nikka fukk the fame

Pac's shit was so poetic :worship:

I think pac was more wise, and had a more broad understanding of things in general, and was well versed all around whereas Biggie perfected his style and only that.

completely different leagues in my opinion

2Pac was way better in every category. But I'm a little biased, he's my favorite artist after Em.

No because I have no idea what you're getting out of this. All you do is make threads comparing two random things and then just state your random opinion and then post a verse as if that sufficiently backs up your opinion. All you talk about is how you care about who rhymes the most syllables per bar but you can't even identify the most obvious rhymes. I'm 95% sure you're a troll but I can't figure out your goal because you don't really piss anyone off. I tried to emulate you in that g rap/rakim thread to see what you would do and all you did was match me verse for verse and post the same meaningless phrases that I'm posting. Like your sentences when you put imo multiple times are just obvious troll material but then you never do anything with it, you just leave it at that. I honestly have no idea what you're doing unless it's just a long con to be the most worthless and dull member in forum history. Or you were trying to confuse the hell out of me in which case you would have succeeded.

Biggie totally murks him when it comes to flow and storytelling. Lyrics and delivery is debatable
