I have to be confident because Kanye delivered a lot of awesome albums. But... I have a small feeling that the album will be shit. Based on interviews, on the fact that he doesn't seem focused on making music. I don't know, something is wrong, maybe it's me.

Hope he makes a good album, though.

I must of heard a different version of MBDTF because the lyrics I heard were shit...and any song with potential was ruined with appearances by Chris Rock, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, Fergie, Etc.

Kanye is Done. I will bump his first three albums and remember the good ole days as best as I can...I just wish he would stop going on TV and radio stations and making an ass out of himself...all he is doing is tarnishing his legacy.

BTW, as much as I disliked Yeezus, It was much better for me than MBDTF :coffee: There is about 4 songs off Yeezus that I listen to every once in a while, Where as nothing on the MBDTF had any replay value except "So Appalled".

Yay, another album where he's gonna produce like 2 tracks and take credit for the rest.

I just want some good Kanye beats and some nice raps over them...that's all I want.

Yeezus, you sure?

MBDTF, yeah. But for WTT and Yeezus he took a backseat. He directed the music, yeah, but there were a good amount of tracks from Yeezus he didn't produce.

Yup, Yeezus too. The only song he didn't produce on MBDTF was DIAND I think but I believe he was responsible for the reconstruction. He produced most of WTT as well, including Otis.

He can produce soul beats in his sleep (his words), MBDTF and Yeezus have different aesthetics than his earlier albums and I think that's why he brought in co-producers. Yeezus obviously went for the minimalist electronicish sound so he brought in the guys from Daft Punk and Rick Rubin to help master that style, but he was the main producer on every song.
