Note to privelaged Americans. Concider urself being lucky to even find proofs CDs on the shop shelves. Besides, people who realy respect proof will buy the cd even if they have a bootleg. 10 cds (around as much as proof has) would cost a person about 100$, not the kind of money people use to stock oncds from only one artist, so its exceptable that one shall download one album and buy another wen he/she has an oportunity.
