Ok, after multiple views, I can confidently say that the paper at the end is Stan's letter. Think about t. At the beginning it shows Em looking at scenes from the music videos of Lose Yourself, My Name Is, The Way I Am, and STAN!!

He recreates the scenes from all of the music videos except for stan. I think he trying to tell us that the paper has something to do with Stan, so it would be only logical for it to be the letter.

I think Em might be hinting at performing Bad Guy at the Grammy Awards. He's performed at them a lot, so he'll probably do one for MMLP2. I just hope it's Bad Guy with Elton John. Not to silence the homophobia claims, but for the nostalgia and awesomeness.
