He needed the incredible Heat team not only to win a ring, but to put up the numbers he did. When he actually had to work for his points and shots, he didn't have those superhuman numbers. His phenomenal team helping him out makes him look considerably better than a player that is forced to take more shots and carry his team.

And c'mon... if you watch Heat games as much as you say you do, you would know that LeBron has to carry his team more than he should. Even non-Heat fans acknowledge that...

I do and I respectfully disagree. The Heat would still be a serious playoff contender without him. You aren't carrying your team by taking 16-17 shots a game. He has so many other scoring options. KD and Melo have to carry teams right now. Without them, their teams would be garbage right now. Without Lebron, I believe the Heat could still be winning many games. Not as many, but they would no doubt be a winning team.

LeBron is averaging 26 points a game, that's 13 shots, on a 58% FG percentage. That means he's taking about 22 shots per game

And he carries his team by not only being the most efficient offensive player in the league, but by also being one of (if not the best) defenders in the league.... not to mention that he does an excellent job at dishing out assists and crashing the boards as well.

And Miami wouldn't survive in the playoffs without LeBron. They'd lose to Indiana in 5.
