The Love Below is technically a solo album... so that will make it 2 solo albums (the 2nd one has to be flawless) and all the classics he dropped with Outkast.
If Biggie is considered top 5 with just 3 albums (with only 1 of them being the only 10/10 album), then 3k more than deserves it.
If anyone is going to get thrown off the top 5 for having limited solo work, then it should be Biggie.

I agree, I never understood people's obsession with BIG. I still don't feel 3 stacks is worthy either though. I think he's great, but there just is not enough material out there to put him in the top 5.
I would put Outkast in my top 5 Rap Groups though...
