Not really.
It's good to remind people of how severe racism once was and could elevate to, imo. That sort of thinking kinda...implies that the World Cup shouldn't exist because it's countries/races against each other, the Olympics shouldn't exist etc.
We should be smart enough now to understand the stupidity of racism/racial divides but I don't think we should ever cover up something that once was and inspired/influenced a lot of things to exist today.
