:(

It's not terrible, but it's not as cinematic/theatrical as some of the other ones. I like when she's dramatic and grand scale. Lucky Ones is a very subdued song. Give me Cola, Body Electric, Gods And Monsters, songs like that :)

My second favorite too!!

I got in love with that song since the first listen.

We have a similar taste, lolita is the second I like less after Carmen.

Lolita is beast. All of her hip hop sounding songs are IMO. Same with Diet Mountain Dew. Almost sounds like she raps the first verse.

Please work with Eminem :flutter:

I'd love a Lana hook on an Em song.

not a big fan, but "Off To The Races" killed me the first time i've heard it.. it's so dope, i wish there was a video to it.. something Godfather-like. or 'Lolita'. or.. don't know, but it's an awesome song. also, 'Summertime Sadness' is a good one. didn't pay much attention to the rest of her songs, i just put "Off To The Races" on re-play from time to time.

Yup. I'm pretty pumped for this as well. :worship:

She said it's going to be more epic, orchestral, and more cinematic than Born To Die... Which is like, wtf.

She said it's so good she can barely listen to it haha. Fuck May 1, come on!

I just wanna tell her to cheer the fuck up.

She's always so depressed. And calm. It's creepy.

I love her voice, and she has a great speaking voice. This speech is just...wow..

@eedee, we have a similar taste for Lana's songs, but that one is one of the ones I like less. It's just a cover though.

We'll have the new album just 3 days before my birthday. :8)

Lana's voice is ridiculous. Her range is probably the best out of any female singer out now. She can do deep and sultry, she can do innocent and girly, she can do high pitched. I mentioned this before but I really do see her as the female Eminem. She refuses to play ball and has controversial lyrics in her songs (a big reason why she is not as big as she should be), she has range, just like Eminem has different flows and styles. She's cinematic and theatrical in her songs. She stays out of the public eye unless it's album release time. I dig her whole style. I even saw an interview where she listed Eminem as one of her inspirations. She said "all the greats from every genre," and dropped his name specifically.
