So I'm currently on another level stoned listening to TMR with these fuckin sms headphones and I just had a revaluation. I need to start making fucking music and I need to soon, it's like burning a hole in my damn brain.

What are some good production and recording programs on the Mac side ? Also any advice on equipment would be much appreciated, thanks guys!

Rap/Hip hop beats honestly, and perhaps dicking around recording my own lyrics to them.

Price doesn't matter on programs because I can usually find them for free.

For recording I use Cool Edit Pro 2.1 but just as well you could work with Adobe Audition (Adobe purchased Cool Edit and then renamed it and took some shit out and put some shit in) and AA is pretty easy to torrent I think

For beats download FL Studio 11, search around for drum packs online
