Good Kid was Maad Shitty

First of all, the entire premise of GKMC being about angeldust is misinterpreted as cocaine laced in weed, whereas angeldust is PCP. cocaines burning temperature is too low to be effective in a joint, which is why crack was made. This goes to prove Kendrick just doesn't know what hes talking about and is a fake ass fool.

On top of that, there wasn't much rap. It was either talking about random shit trying to make it sound profound when really the dots being connected are on the intellectual level of an uneducated high school kid, and a hook or chorus thrown in to mesh it together. Do people actually find this half-assed way of rapping entertaining or impressive?

The production value was way too high for his lackluster delivery and pseudo-intellectual lyrics. There was hardly any noteworthy compound rhyming or impressive syllables. Most of the songs are him dick riding the Conpton image NWA built up, this kids fake as fuck.

Bottom line: Kendrick is good, (use the term loosely) but he sucks when you come from a rich background of hip hop. Hes only good because hip hop is utterly shit currently. And the only reason he can been seen as good is because he spit some good verses in the past and now goes mainstream to get money.

He doesn't love hip hop, hes just another faggot sucking money out of hip hops dying carcass.

I can very well comprehend it was a lazy attempt full of holes. Kendrick simply doesn't know what hes talking about and is living a fake compton image. Hes got you sheep fooled, so eat it up fat cats.

I've never ever understood Kendrick's buzz. Which isn't to say I haven't tried with almost everything he puts out. Yes, he's a solid MC, but nothing notable from what I've heard. I do have 2-3 songs of his so far that I enjoy, but beyond that his hype is one of life's great mysteries to me. I often go back to his control verse since it seems to be his most revered piece thus far, and each time I genuinely try to listen intently and hear what it is everyone else is hearing that's blowing their cunts off, but it's like I'm far too retarded to catch what it is. So it's either he's so incredibly good that it's completely going over my head and I'm simply unable to even begin to hope to grasp his wizardry, or.. i don't even know that's my only explanation.

My understanding of it is that you gotta be a bit slower and less educated to really feel Kendrick. If you grew up listening to the greats then his stuff is nursery rhymes. His control verse was laughable, wow he rhymed nigga a few times and said some other shitty rapper names. Yawn.

Or hype :y:
GKMC is dope but i do believe hype is elevating him to these levels of stardom. It took me quite some time to get into him. His flow was the initial barrier for me, but i came to enjoy GKMC in time. Its certainly better than a lot of it's competitors efforts . The youth now view him as the saviour of hiphop, so its inevitable that his shit is gonna be hyped as a motherfucker

You lost all credibility when you said you have to be UNeducated to feel Kendrick.

Admit you're a fucking alt, so Menzo can fucking ban you already.
