Awesome, doesn't sound like he plans on retiring rapping any time soon.

From Encore-Re-Up, you could really feel a decline in his wittiness, his quality-control... everything. And drugs played a major role obviously but he also felt creatively empty, he stopped improving or even trying to improve his technique or ideas, where as now it's like he's really tryna elevate shit again.

If this was 06... I would care a lot less if he was retiring.

But after shit like Rap God; he's proven he can push shit to new extremes, and not just technically but with his attitude, the layering of self-reference, just - every aspect of performance.

I really hope he looks OUTWARD now, even So Far feels fresh - even though that's not looking outwardly... it's more of a comment on his modern state of affairs - in a creative way, like he used to do, as apposed to just totally self-serious or totally angry and fantastical.
