What does the very last sentence mean?

I thought Drake had more #1s than any rapper... Have I misinterpreted what that last sentence meant?

He has the most #1's on the hip-hop charts, none on the actual Billboard chart.

Drake has had more than 5 #1s on Billboard...

So it's officially released as a single?
