Eminem must do a collab with Nas. Calm Down needs to drop. He should to do more work with Kendrick (they have incredible chemistry). He should release a Shady 2.0 compilation LP that is driven by an overall concept. And for his next album, he should make it a visual album as well and create an entire body of work surrounding the album involving every major medium art (photography, video, etc.). He should also launch a movement.

I would also like to see his videos be much more cinematic (he has the budget/funding to do so). I want his music to be cinematic as well, monumental in presentation. I want to be fully immersed into his music more so than I was with GKMC.

The label had nothing to do with it. Eminem put out Encore, or have you forgotten? He put out Relapse which sold well.

MMLP2 IS the music Eminem wanted to make. It's so obvious. Eminem likes having balanced albums, albums with comedy and seriousness and this is how all of his albums have been. MMLP2 is pretty close to his older music. It really is. Stop with this "the label made him do it" shit. This album was 100% a product of Eminem and not his label lmao.

Then maybe it was the pressure. Kill You. He made songs like Love Game, Headlights, So Much Better, Legacy, and Asshole. Those songs do not sound like Kill You, Brain Damage, Lose Yourself, etc..

He is self conscious and maybe he is to worried about what others think of him.
