Touche. But here we already have a Hip Hop section, what would be the big site change other than modernizing what we currently have? How could you make that bigger? Just more sections? I personally like that it's mostly Eminem, and people hanging out in Backstage. There are members writing raps, but to me that section is invisible lol

Well obviously I'm just voicing my opinions, not saying anyone should listen to it or care about it. SajN and Rollefsen will decide what to do so I don't think there's a lot left to discuss, I think they've heard it all and shit.
And if I'm honest, I prefer a small community (a little like TR in its busy days AKA when something Eminem related drops) over a community where there's a new post every 5 secs in every section (for example ktt). feels impersonal.

But I think everyone made good points ITT, whether it's pro-eminem forum or pro-hiphopforum. We'll see

Drawing in brainless (pun pun pun) Facebook Em fans is what we don't want. Yes, we all love Eminem, but Facebook fans of anything are the absolute worst. These are the types of people that sign up here as "ShadyGirl91823", or "SlimSon12". They're a cancer and don't contribute much, so if you have to actually be a fan of the whole genre of Hip Hop to find our new website, so be it. It SHOULD be that way. We want fans of the genre because let's face it, Em's likely gonna retire sooner than later, so making it Eminem inspired, even giving the name a nod to him (but not overly Stannish) would be nice as opposed to 100% Em oriented.

That's subjective. There are a few people on here who I, and others, consider to be cancerous, yet nothing is done about them lol

taking away the eminem focus automatically makes the site bigger because it expands the potential to draw in new members. having specific sections for some of the most popular artists or labels could go a long way towards helping with this. expanding isn't somehow anti-eminem. i love eminem. it's just something bigger in scope.

Like Charlotte said, I'm not into a big community. New members, sure... loads and loads of them? no.
