Well, I guess it depends on what you guys want the focus of the new forum to be. ShadyHQ = Eminem focused, like TRShady. Hip Hop Shelter = general hip hop focused, which would be new.

Anyway, the name should be a reflection of the main purpose of the site; HipHopShelter suggests more of a general forum for discussing hip-hop, which while not a bad idea, is hardly original.
We've got other more popular forums catering to that particular niche, forums who've been doing it a lot longer.
My point is; why should anybody join a forum for general hip-hop news/discussions when they can get the same elsewhere, probably faster and with people their already familiar with?
ShadyHQ, OTOH, caters to a specific group of people and, aside from the other Eminem forum for chicks, is the only other Em forum I know.
Get a group of loyal members (Em fans) and expand.
Dunno if that made any sense.

2. The product/service you're supplying (hip- hop discussions) is hardly unique, and is already being provided in a far more efficient manner by other larger, more popular companies (Boxden, The Coli, KTT)
Why should the average hip-hop listener/head make an account with you instead? What unique service do you supply?
If it's an Eminem forum, for example, that's a unique service.
It isn't really hard to understand and I already explained it in my previous post.
