I think I'd listen to MMLP2 over TES if I had to choose. It's been discussed, but as intense and amazingly smooth TES is, I think I like Em more when he's rapping about more than just what's black and white; BG, RoR, "Asshole", RG, SF..., LG, ET...they're just so compelling to me. But that being said, it may still be that it's a 'new' album and I'm still in that faggy phase.

I don't like some things he's done, for example I dislike YNO and the execution of 25 to Life so I deleted them from my phone. I mention I hate them once or twice, but that's it.
And for other songs, I like to think that Em has been making music for almost as long as I've been alive, so I always try to give him the benefit of the doubt.
I do the same for other musicians, writers and painters that I like. (Except Kanye West because his fans annoy me.)
I also think it's almost impossible to make a truly, objectively bad song.

It was a great day. Everybody was hyped as fuck, everybody loved the album.

I'm glad the album is still great to me. I went insane about Headlights since day 1

Tbh I think STIW is a classic. It is obviously a re-visit to "Kim". I dont love it but it is good. Stands out too. WHich is why I think it is a classic.

I know I've said this a lot but. MMLP2 is m,y fav em album. It is VERY close between MMLP and MMLP2, but I like 2 better. People say TES is best? Good opinion I guess but that whole album just sounds WAY to similar. But it does have a song in my top 3 (SFTM).

Tbh I think me and kkannif do have a LOT in common. I love all em's stuff. theres nothing he puts out that I really dislike (besides my fault). IDK why, I just love his stuff?!

I used to think every song in TES sounded the same too and I didn't understand all this love about it.
Now I love TES, but I still think MMLP >>> TES.
And MAYBE (MAYBE) MMLP2 > SSLP, but I'm not sure tbh there they both have some not-so-good tracks
