Scarface is trying to keep it peaceful on the internets or at least he was trying to during his recent sit-down with Combat Jack. On the verge of releasing his 12th album, the legendary MC talked about a variety of subjects including his dramatic weight-loss.

Recently, the Houston vet went from 294 to 193. He credits portion control as the key to his new healthy lifestyle. “I had to learn how to eat to live and not live to eat,” he explained during the interview. He went on to discuss the various effects of carrying extra weight had on his health which included sleep apnea and high blood pressure.

Yeah that sounds unhealthy haha

I managed to lose 10kg in like a month, not because I was fat lol .. I wanted to lose muscles and some body fat that I had (at that time 11% which is not much, so don't call me fat lel) and start from the scratch again to gain some muscles.

This seems more realistic. However, people shouldn't sleep on portion control regardless. It's the closest thing to a weight-loss pill you'll ever see.
