A Problem With "Multies"

ra doesn't really rhyme multi's though. he just rhymes one syllable repeatedly. maybe two on rare occasions. i can only think of 1 - 2 verses of his that are multi heavy.

Multies should be present almost every line of every track. But it should be a natural occurance, not a focus or the highlight of the writing.

I agree, it's fucking annoying when people try too hard making it seem complicated and forget about good flow and subject matter.
It's like they tried so much to rhyme that they forgot what it is they're rhyming about, also cuz they say the syllable or word that they're rhyming so much louder so it stands out.
One of the things i liked frm sslp was this, how even though some had multies and good rhyming, he just said it normally, you noticed it but his main focus wasn't making it noticeable

Someone who doesn't overload their work with multies but use them sparingly and smoothly would be Slug, imo. Even Drake knows how to rhyme well.

is they can write multisyllablic rhymes while making sense actually rhyming syllables that actually rhyme having a complex rhyme scheme switching it up every two bars and not just rhyming in aaaa or abab rhyme scheme format u got alot of textcees on the internet that think aaaa or abab rhyming is complex which is mos def hilarious to me.

also using extensive vocab and not just rhyming the last few words of the bar and they can do it conesectively.

I get that but unless what you're saying has a purpose - not necessarily substance it could just be some funny battle bars i.e Big L - not just some random filler words thrown in so you can extend the rhyme for the sake of doing so which takes away from what the MC is actually saying.
