One of my top favorite albums ever, copped that ish on vinyl a few months ago. Replay value is retarded, song transition is excellent, as well as the topics covered, Blu's voice and Exile's beats, the lyrics are for everyday situations but also very poetic and Blu fucking stands out from other rapppers.

Most boring "underground classic" next to madvillainy for me. Besides the intro, nothing really caught my ear.

I just hated the production on it and the overall vibe of it. Probably has a lot to do with madlibs production. Man, I just hate his boring repetitive production. Don't like pinata either.

I know the beat, and I like it, but sometimes, it just sounds bland to me. Something is missing for me when it comes to his beats.

Or maybe it's just the artists on the beat. I mean, I know for sure that I would have liked Pinata more if Em rapped over it lol .. sounds stannish I know lol .. I still don't think that his beats are that great as people make it out to be. Hipsters just started to push Madvillainy to the moon and it became a trend to say it's goat etc .. People call J cole boring but listen to shit like Run the Jewels and so on.

But hey, to each their own
