Word up, added another track for good measure

& Earl is a beast

Also if you're just judging songs on how lyricalzzz they are and their rhymes and just scrutinizing every aspect that you're accustomed to hearing from Eminem that is your basis for what a "lyrical" song is, it's probably not gonna turn out too well for you.

Why would I listen to another rapper if I'm stenciling them to Eminem when I could just listen to Eminem?

I was talking to pudding, he was talking about how there wasn't good enough lyrics or he needs lyrics to listen to songs otherwise he can't judge it lmfao

well in rap especially, lyrics are a huge part. I'm not there for the beat (mainly), i tend to under appreciate beats and focus on lyrics but it's a huge element in the song. I mean the dude said he wrote it... I find it insulting if i just heard the beat and glaze over the lyrics he wrote you know?

My point more or less is that sometimes people forget to take music for what it is, and just enjoy it, because at the end of the day that's what it's all made for: an audience to enjoy. There are factors outside of lyrics and production that make a rap song too...Delivery and rhythm? Or whatever general atmosphere the whole package sets you within. This is a particularly good, short read from someone on this forum I'd recommend. Hope you like the suggestions I posted. In regards to just "listening to the beat", some production can be really great, and make breathtaking hip-hop without lyrics.

I get where you're coming from but I really hate when a wack rapper takes advantage of a hot beat and completely wastes it.

Well if that's not your cup of tea there's no way to logic you into enjoying what you consider a waste of a beat. Others might find that music fun. So more power to the makers, it's all love to me \:D/
