Definitely not 03 @ the simplified lyricism... well, Encore in 04 actually; and could theoretically be 04 as he was experimenting with laid back cadence during that time, and has shit lyricism.

But nah I think 07. I think he was trying to mess around with a bunch of shit and sound new.

I think no one ever actually thought it's from 2003, it's just when Koolo leaked it the tag said it's 2003, it's obviously not true, his voice sounds like on most of the King Mathers era songs
