Terrible video to say the least. Those cigarette-alcohol scenes and those with the security guards were cringe worthy. Spike Lee's apparent incompetence has come to the fore on this one.

Well, I'm not acquainted with his work but if the hype about him was real, I think he should have done a much better job with this video. I used the word "apparent" as in "seeming real or true, but not necessarily so" because the incompetence part was what I took away upon watching the Headlights video. But it's definitely just an opinion and the hype around the video itself might have greatly contributed to the formation of said opinion.

I feel the video was disappointing, at the end of the day.
