actually I found that version on youtube and the program that converted the file to mp3 automatically said it's 256 kbps and it sounds like it but I don't know

I think Youtube converts every video into 192 kbps so it wont make any difference between 192 & 256 kbps. (Not sure)

its wonky, sometimes its 128 on 480p video , and 192 on 720p, or sometimes its a fake 192.. its annoyin

or it could be an original 320 kb/s file that was rendered with a terrible encoder tbh, but it aint even on par KHz wise as a 192
