I've never really had experience with people that have cerebral palsy, so what I'm going off here as an example is RJ Mitte in Breaking Bad.

Not everyone with CP is in a wheelchair and stuff. I can walk but I walk kinda funny, also my speech is kinda bad nut besides that I'm pretty normal.
