He should gain some weight, maybe 5 kilos or so. But he is fit.
And of course he has a lazy/ wonky eye, he is not good at posing for pics, but on any video you can see it too, his eye twitches a lot.

his eye twitch seems to have gotten better over time or maybe hes learned to hide it but I don't notice it as much.
