maple syrup mixed with water, lemon juice and cayenne pepper, which is drunk instead of meals works better.

i do gymnastics 6 hours a day. Dance every thursday....i stay fit that way :whistle:

hey..i have "Lose 30 Pounds In 30 Days: The Weight Loss Secrets 'They' Dont Want You To Know About" by Kevin Trudeau and it really fuckin worked. i lost so much weight in so little time and i kept it off. i went back to my old eating habbits and i STILL lost a lot of weight. its so awesome
