im like 99% sure trick trick was being saracastic about women loving the song, but i also dont particularily wanna hear eminem rapping about women in any form personally, hes been doing that on so many of his featured verses since his comeback.

Not only is he using more subtext than ever in tracks like So Much Better and Desperation, but he's also retrofitting new metaphors to older songs so he can further distance himself from talking about random hoes while centering his material on what matters, attacking his competition. Battling. But let's face it, we all know his only competition, like he says so succinctly in Evil Twin, is himself.

Not everything has to be a metaphor. I'm not sure i've ever had a problem distinguishing when he's talking about women and when he's using women as a metaphor, there's always plenty of hints that make it pretty clear.
