Legacy would make for a good concept video.

First verse = him as a kid
Second verse = teenager
Third verse = present day

BTW, anyone with a standard copy of MMLP2 wanna swap me for my deluxe version? The packaging drives me crazy, and I myself find most of the bonus songs average.

I am really growing to love Wicked Ways. Amazing song! Love the beat, chorus, flow, and rhymes. So many high points on that track! And his flow is CRAAAZY!

Singin' "Bagpipes from Baghdad" again
In my dad's drag draggin' a faggot in a Glad bag
Won't be the last time I make a dramatic entrance like that again
You thought I was lyin' when I said I think that I'm crossin' the line again
I've lost my mind, caution oh God I think I've just thought of another fucking line
Forgive me father, for I have sinned
But hip hop has left me brainwashed with a violent streak

2 things he wanted to accomplish with MMLP2:
- make clear he's the best rapper alive
- close old chapters and make room for a new Eminem

I think next album will be something completely new.

Last time I listened to Love Game I was imagining Em and Kendrick doing some crazy silly shit in a really entertaining music video. One can dream...

That'd be a great video. Something along the lines of silly like Without Me but with them in dating situations, rather than the superheros lol

I was listening to this today at work, and I've noticed my taste in songs from this album changing, but some things have stayed the same:

1. I really dont care for So Much Better anymore. I find the production incredibly loud, and some really meh lines at parts. It's still enjoyable, but I skip it a lot.

2. Survival is enjoyable, but I still don't really think it fits the album that well.

3. I still don't understand what the fuck he was thinking with Stronger Than I Was. It's a weird fucking song, and completely ruins the pacing of the album for me.

4. I like The Monster now.

5. The mixing on the bonus tracks sounds pretty fucking awful sometimes.

+1

my opinion of The Monster has changed in the opposite way since it was released. i don't hate it or anything, but i loved it when it first dropped. being overexposed to the song on the radio caused me to really look at it and see that it's just not that good. i like the verses, but i feel like Em wasted a great thematic concept on three short verses and a generic beat that sounds exactly like everything else on top 40 radio. at least we got a dope video out of it.

That third verse though >>>>

i agree for the most part. he definitely made 3 completely different albums with relapse, recovery and mmlp2. but with how lyrical and well done his writing was on mmlp2 i expect the next album to be that fucking good. curious to see this new song with sia, calm down and this trick trick song as well. i think then we will see how he is doing

:y:
Song with Sia is probably a left over from MMLP2. WHich means it will be a great song! But probably the same style.

And the only flaw with MMLP2 was there was no Dre beats. Hope Dre gives em some for the next. Doesn't mean I dont like the albums beats tho, I love the beats on here.

I'd love to see Eminem perform Bad Guy with Elton John, imagine that beat remade on piano by Elton (like Stan) and him singin' the hook :flutter: I could wait 'till next grammys to see that
