It's dealing with that gap of what you want to say (whether it be a story or an insult or anything at all) in your mind and how it comes out on paper that is the most frustrating part of being a writer. I had never heard that before but it's so true.

He called Kanye the greatest most consistent artist in MUSIC.

He only touched on Em's technical skill as a writer/rapper, he didn't really mention anything about the quality of the end result.
