Actually, Yoda, you're quite right regarding the bar-changing thing.
First, here's an excerpt from Busta's interview with 1035 The Beat from back in ca. November; he says: "We went back-and-forth on this record for about six and a half months 'til it finally got done. Because every time we heard each other's parts we had to make adjustments. [...] It really turned out to be an actual battle on a beat for six and a half minutes."

Plus: in the DJ Vlad video from January, Scoop said that Busta and Em had 60/64 bars apiece. While in an earlier interview with MTV from November, he said that they each had 30 to 50 bars apiece.

Maybe it was Busta's original 16 that inspired him to write something crazy more than anything. The beat could be nothing special tbh.
