Good for them, they surely do need someone like him.

Hopefully he'd be able to adapt to United's style. It's usually kinda hard for South American players to adapt to that style... Some great players like Veron, Forlan & Kleberson couldn't do it.

Yeah, I know. But I feel like Van Gaal will make a revolution and change the philosophy, could work tbh and all they're asking from him this season is to reach top 4 for the CL. I don't expect anything major from Man United this year.

Ironically I hope Van Gaal is gonna be able to adapt to the Premiership style as well... 'cuz apart that issue I have strong belief in him.
Van Gaal & Sir Alex are the only managers who have won the CL having as many players coming from their own club's academies. That means a lot 'cuz even though I expect him to splash money for new players I'm sure he'll give chances to the young players as well.

Filipe Luis is official. He's a fantastic short term signing, one of the best left backs in the world. A bit expensive considering his age, but he's adding some much needed quality to left back.
