I doubt it. I'm a little obsessed with that plane's disappearance, followed it all from the day it went missing and still checking up every day with the independent reports and discussions and honestly, I don't see any connection. I think it's just bad, bad luck for Malaysia Airlines.

I imagine the force of impact from a missile could potentially break the plane in half - depending on where it hit - even the force of depressurization alone could probably do that - especially at 33,000 feet? Plus, two military planes were shot down last week, it doesn't strike me as all the strange that something like this could potentially happen.

Maybe i'm just not cynical enough (which is rare for me) but I honestly don't think there was any intention to deliberately bring down a civilian aircraft. It probably won't be that difficult to work out what hit it and where/who it came from. Yeah, there's technology to help differentiate between the two but that doesn't stop a human being from fucking up.

Armed rebels shot the plane down thinking it was a Ukrainian cargo plane..... Flying at 32,000 ft.
U.S.A have done the same to an Iranian flight in the 80's I believe - killing hundreds of civilians.
Russia has done this in the past too, bring down a Korean flight that ventured into Russian airspace.

Im so sick of the whole Ukranian situation. Especially when everybody blame Russia. For what? When Ukranians started revolution on the streets - it was their decision. Russia didnt say shit until people from Krym decided to join us. Again - it was people's decision, not Russia's. And now Ukraine is a broken piece of shit, there is no more country at all - and USA with EU just dont understand what they were fighting for. In the end of the day, they just got a big headache and nothing more.
